Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties
This Agreement has entered into electronically between Hurmabites ("SELLER") and the person who purchases products through the website ("BUYER"), upon the BUYER's order confirmation.

2. Objective
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale and delivery of Hurmabites products, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Delivery and Performance

• Hurmabites is committed to delivering products that conform to the descriptions and quality standards displayed on its website.
• Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER on the payment page.

4. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason, provided that the product packaging is unopened and undamaged , due to the nature of food products.

5. Payment and Security
All payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Hurmabites does not store all of your credit card information in its systems.
